Are you in a sophisticated slave system...???

The United States Of America has been completely bankrupt since 1933.

The Constitution requires the government to hold gold and silver as assets. The only actual asset left to the United States is its population. How does the country cover the costs of operation of the country?

What did the government come up with as a solution to this problem? Collateralize the population for credit. How is this done? The people are registered in International Commerce, and the government sells bonds on them. The population becomes the security on the bond itself. The surety is the labor of the people which becomes payable as an undetermined future date. They sell you to the federal reserve which then gives the Government credit on the dollars that are printed by the federal reserve and then will be paid back by you through income taxes. The estimated time you will work throughout your life and make income to pay tax on determines how much credit the government can get for you.

This makes the people the "utility for the "transmission of energy. This results in a very sophisticated form of slavery. The Constitution does not apply because the government, at every level becomes a part of international commerce, this falls under the Uniform Commercial Code in which animals,in other words, humans and their offspring yet to be born become goods which are able to be sold in commerce.

Whenever a child is born in the U.S. there is a birth certificate that is registered with the Bureau of Vital Statistics in the state that the baby is born. When a child is registered it is registered into international commerce.
At the time that the birth certificate is registered, Something else is created, a separate legal entity. This alter ego is YOUR NAME IN CAPITAL LETTERS, also known as your strawman. This straw man holds all titles while the free born you has limited rights to use things, like your body, or your supposed possessions and land.

When your strawman breaks a law or violates a statute, like a traffic ticket the free born flesh and blood you has to appear at the arraignment. It is there that you are asked to accept the strawman's credit. This is so the real live you can provide the "energy "surety" that is due in the way of fines and fees acquired while using the strawman.
This is why when before the court you are asked to voluntarily give up your name. The entity that is before the court is nothing more than a strawman. The real you is merely an offender on the offensive team until he agrees to join with the defense (the strawman) and becomes the defendant by acceptance.

When you were born your parents and the doctor became the pledgor of the birth certificate (Title) to the baby (YOU). The state becomes the owner of this pledge which is a pledge towards the future output (energy) of the child (YOU).

The state then converts this title of security document into a bond to be sold on open markets to cover the cost of government. The person who holds the bond becomes the secured party to receive the energy output of the child (YOU) in the future. The child (YOU) are merely the holder and possessor of the body only, you have no title. Your duty is to the secured party.


The existence and definition of a straw man should be obvious. It is nothing more then an artificial entity owned by the secured party who bought into the bond. The bonds are placed on the market by the Treasury of the United States.
You do not own your strawman. It is merely a front for the secured party in possession of the bond. Anything a straw man signs is to place title to property in the hands of the United States and the people who hold the bonds.
A straw man is not set up so the child (You) can aquire property. That is because the child(YOU) do not hold the title to the straw man. All ownership of your straw man lies in the United States and the bond owners.

If a person wants to gain back their liberty and independence then first the person needs to acquire title and ownership of the straw man back. Once the person regains ownership of the straw man then the person also controls the rights to property that the straw-man is able to accumulate.


If a person wants to reclaim the title to his own body, the origanal Birth Certificate must be secured, attached, and recorded in the private UCC-1 filings with the Secretary of State in the democracy. Once the living breathing person has redeemed their BirthCertificate and filed notice of the redemption with the Secretary of State. Then the living person has full rights of property ownership for himself through the straw man who is now property of the living breathing person. The person can now own chattel property by processes of redemption, chargeback, and the complete discharge of public debt.

What is a name?

The name is CREDIT. If an unauthorized person uses Your Name or the STRAW MAN'S name when they do not own the title is a violation of the law "Slander Of Credit"
Once the redemption process is complete then the living breathing person owns the STRAW MAN. If any further commercial transactions are done by any person including Attorney's, Judges, or any Law Enforcement Agency without your consent it would be a slander of credit against your straw man. This crime would result in imprisonment under federal criminal securities violations.
Until you redeem your strawman and register the title to you, the living breathing person, then your straw man is the source of credit for the United States. You will be forced to provide for the public affairs of the nation through the "pledge" of your property, your body and your energy to them to use however they want.
