Limitations and Suspension of Your Rights

The duration of the Universal  Declaration of Human Rights of 1948 has been set to protect the masses rights as human beings, but many are misinformed of their rights and take on the states privileges in which they give up their rights. The Declaration of Human Rights is still active to this very day but those in power are trying to rid the people of these rights and is using their understanding of law to do so. They know that under certain conditions are the rights of the people are suspended and their rights and the constitution is nullified and under these conditions can they execute their rule of iron. Under these conditions do they have complete control of the masses and society, seizing all property and bank accounts and wealth and you don't have a say so in the
matter cause your rights will be nullified.

So in order for them to make the masses rights and the constitution nullified they must execute their plan with persian and calculated accuracy of execution and not get their hands caught in the cookie jar cause if they get caught it could jeopardize their agenda of globalization of a one world government and depopulation of the masses to a sustainable control and governing of the population to the power of the elite. You seen these test runs in Cairo Egypt, in Japan, Libya and in New Orleans after hurricane Katrina.

Now there are certain events that will nullify the rights of the people and the constitution. These events consist of and in case of:

• Curfew
• Martial Law
• State Emergencies and Disasters.

There are more but these three are the most used. Now these three here can make nullified of all rights in which you have no control or say so and you can't execute your rights as human beings. So lets get into this.

Now under Curfew, one of the mildest form of suspension of your rights. A status or condition of uncertain ancestry and legitimacy under which, by order of a mayor or selectmen of City or town, all business establishments are closed down and the masses must stay off the streets. This is usually used during the times of riots. So if the right event take place this could lead to the masses being restricted to their homes not being released to perform their daily routines or function as normal. In which this could lead to the next one which is Martial Law.

Martial Law is the most familiar for of suspension of human rights. Under Martial Law there is no law, meaning there is no rule or governing of the military force they have no restrictions on what they are not allowed to do. They can do what ever they want. Martial Law is declared in a situation in which the regular legal system has been broken down and the law enforcement officials, the police, have become unable to keep order with in there region, city or town. Keep in mind that there is nobody of Martial Law meaning that there is no book of doctrine or procedures, they do as they please. Now what the people don't know is that in Cairo Egypt the US sent in CIA agents to cause an uproar and rise up against their government which lead to an out break in which the normal police officials could handle so they sent in military officials to police the city. They hire privately own military contractors known as BlackWater to do their dirty work. So with the right event here in America will initiate Martial Law in which they will send in this privy owned military to drag the masses out their homes and if need be if they resist shot them dead in the middle of the street.

Carry them off to one of their FEMA camp locations. Under this rule your rights don't mean a thing either you comply or you die. This is what these people are pushing for. So after the 9/11 attacks and the placing of Homeland Security are they moving closer to Martial Law all is needed is the right event to take place and cause an uproar amongst the masses and bingo now they can call in their hounds. Just like they did in Cairo Egypt and in Germany with Hitler. See they know this and they know that majority of the masses don't know this and they don't care to know this cause they are so entertain with fashion, TV, music and religion that the don't have no concern of anything that's of importance.

They are to busy with trying to make ends meet to they don't have time to set and think and put the pieces together of what's really going on. They want things to get so out of control to justify there Martial Law announcement on the public and you won't know how did this happen and why did this happen. There plan is thought out and executed in pieces to prep the masses for their agenda while they sleep on what's going on around them.

We can see Martial Law coming into effect through State Emergencies and disasters such as what happen after Katrina which was another test run of their agenda to see if they can execute Martial Law on America soil. Now there are emergency situations in which your rights and the constitution may and will be suspended by local, state and or even federal officials. Now in the wake of natural disasters such as hurricanes or earthquakes are your rights suspended. Now who do they use for these events no other than FEMA which has no limitations just like Martial Law. So we see in the event of a hurricane and that hurricane causes a natural disaster are your rights suspend according to law. So you see why after hurricane Katrina and the breaking of the levees or should I say the blowing up of the levees that caused the disaster lead to military policing the state in which was Martial Law. We see in Japan the earthquakes taking place. These suppose to be natural disasters are not natural but are made disasters.

This is to push for their one world government and depopulation of the masses to lock them in a electronic system of globalization. So they know that you are backed by the UDHR and backed by the constitution so the only way the can suspend these are by creating uproars amongst the people, creating natural disasters and creating events to push Martial Law cause under these you have no rights. No rights no say so no say so no power. So now the power is no longer with the people but will be turned over to the elite just like it was turned over to Satan in the garden. So don't by into the propaganda and begin to stand up for your freedom and the freedom of your children. Stand up for your rights as human beings and not cattle or animals in their world of deceit and lies. Now according to the UDHR article 1 All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights.They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood. Article 3 states Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.
